25/08/2015 to 15/09/2015 London- Paris- Copenhagen workshop in these 3 european countries.I’m back home after 3 weeks of intense kinbaku tour…in all the places I’ve seen it wide and beautiful, I’ve felt how much people from these countries were caring and loving kinbaku. They were warm and serious, focus and passionated about rope. I understood that these students had a high level of tying during my journey.
In Europe, where I travelled, the architecture, the food, the habits and of course the language, all these things are different, but I felt deeply that our feelings were the same, when we were doing rope.
During this tour, I’ve shared about the japanese culture and the correlation existing between this cultural traditionnal aspect and Kinbaku. I wanted to transmit the importance of not being stuck into structures or any formated style and then that the most important thing was the ability to contemplate and understand the person we are connected with rope, and how to adapt ourself to every unique individual, be able to always observe the person first.
I really hope that I could have given some spice to help you evolve and enjoy more your kinbaku journey. Also, I’m grateful to Aizen, who helped me and did all the effort to make it tour possible as a model, as a translator in many languages, as a tour manager : she’s a superwoman and I want to say thank you.

Many times I’ve travelled and went abroad for several project , but I’ve never met before, someone who had such a high level of translation, being so assiduous and caring all along the tour.
Aizen, I have no doubt, will become even more a precious interface, a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world. I deeply feel grateful to her.
Thank you to all of you who helped and participated to this tour, I send you all my love…!
I wish from the botton of my heart that It’ll be possible to come to meet you very soon again!…
